The BIET module is a single board EtherNet? solution for Automatic Identification. The BIET module integrates
BALOGH?s Passive Radio Frequency Identification Technology and the EtherNet? architecture into one field
mountable enclosure. The BIET module is designed to manage two BALOGH Transceiver channels and allows
the user to pass TAG data across an EtherNet? network with a simple set of instructions. This is a multi-protocol
board, it communicates with TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, and ModbusTCP/IP protocols.
Dual channel capability; Controls two transceivers functioning independently and simultanously; Supports multiple protocols: TCP/IP with BALOGH Messaging - EtherNet/IP - Modbus TCP/IP; Connects via Etherlink at 10 or 100 Mbauds with automatic switch over; HTML embedded page for configuration and testing; Battery backed SRAM memory, flash upgradeable; IP-65 rated enclosure allows field mounting.
