The Advantys OTB distributed I/O solution consists of a compact system (network interface and integrated I/O) with the addition of Twido I/O expansion modules. Each island has, on a DIN rail a network intface module (including Ethernet TCP/IP) with 12 24 V inputs, 6 relay outputs and 2 solid state outputs 24 V 0.3 A. As an extension, up to 7 discrete or analog I/O expansion modules can be added. This structure, created using IP 20 modules, can be used to manage 20 to 244 I/O per island over a maximum length of 328.7 mm (height 94.5 mm).
The network interface module OTB NIP 2212 provides Modbus messaging for I/O scanning; 12 24 V inputs; 6 relay outputs; 2 solid state outputs 24 V 0.3 A
1200 bps to 38 Kbps on RJ 45
